Meta Muse app not showing in the App Store?
If the Meta Muse app isn’t showing in the App Store, there are three likely reasons. It may not be offered in your country yet. Your device may be older than iOS 18, or your account may be under 18. Work through these checks:
- Check your country. As of October 2026, Muse is in the US, Canada and Japan only. Our Meta Muse availability guide has the latest list.
- Update your iPhone or iPad. You need iOS 18 or later. Check in your device’s Settings under General, then Software Update.
- Check your age. The app is rated 18+, so accounts under 18 may not see it.
- Search the exact name. Type “Muse from Meta” in the store search.
- Try the web instead. Go to muse.ai in your browser and sign in.
If the app installs but won’t open, sign in or finish tasks, see our Meta Muse not working fixes. To get started once it’s running, read how to use Meta Muse.
